HOW DO WE PROVIDE A SUPERIOR CARPET CLEANING?

Step 1 -  Pre-Inspection
We will walk through your home  with you to visually inspect the carpet. We will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

Step 2  - Commercial Pre-vacuuming 
We vacuum thoroughly with an industrial strength vacuum cleaner to remove dry soil and contaminants.  This is one of the most crucial steps in any cleaning process.

Step 3 - Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing includes moving and replacing light weight furniture like chairs, tables, and smaller items.

Step 4 - Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

 Step 5 - Pre-Spot

 Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. 

Step 6 - Pre-Grooming
If necessary, a professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil, pet hair, etc.

Step 7 - Deep Cleaning
Your carpet receives a deep thorough cleaning. Most clients prefer the non-residue low moisture/encapsulate  because it cleans all the way to the base of the carpet without leaving any sticky residues or damage from over wetting. With this method stains do not mysteriously reappear days later, you can walk on your carpet immediately with light traffic, and it is usually dries in 1 hour.

Step 8 - Carpet Protector Applied (optional but recommended)

Step 9 - Post Grooming
Your carpet is groomed with a nylon pile lifter to bring all the fibers back to their full height. This helps the carpet dry faster and gives it a fresher, newer look.

Step 10 - Post Cleaning Inspection
We will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job.
